About the artist
Tomas Kleiner, born in 1990 in Järna (Sweden), grew up in Baden-Wuerttemberg and has studied at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf with Prof. Herbert Brandl since 2011, with Prof. Katharina Grosse since 2014, as a guest student with Prof. Gregor Schneider at the AdBK Munich since 2015 and in the classes Katharina Grosse and Gregor Schneider at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf since 2016. He graduated from Kunstakademie Düsseldorf in July 2018.
In addition to his own practice, Tomas Kleiner also works in collaboration with Marco Biermann under the name kleiner biermann.
